HELP’s Supported Employment businesses consists of Manufacturing, Oxford Park Nursery, Supply Chain Services and Fison Food Factory; As a Supply Chain & Food Services Manager, you will:

Be responsible for the financial, operational & compliance requirements across these business units

Lead and drive continuous improvement through HELP’s Quality Management System
-
Ensure quality standards are followed and maintained
-
Have responsibility for the recruitment, training & development, and performance management of employees
-
Maintain a safe and secure working environment by establishing, following & leading standards and procedures
The successful candidate will have:
-
Strong effective Experience in a leadership position within the Supply Chain environment – 5 years minimum
-
Experience working in a social enterprise or supported employment environment (desirable)

Experience in developing, reviewing and implementing workplace systems and process improvements
-
Excellent time management skills
-
Ability to collaborate & develop collegiate relationships as you lead and manage change
-
Strong organizational, analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
-
A willingness to go the extra mile with a commitment to performance and growth
