The role:
As Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe transportation and delivery of goods as directed by the Production Supervisor at HELP Supply Chain Services. Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Ensuring timely and safe pick-up and delivery of goods

Maintaining regular checks on the vehicles, and accurate vehicle log book records

Inspect and check all goods, ensuring they have been loaded correctly as per schedule

Meeting allocated pickup/delivery times as per schedule

General warehousing duties.
The position will be based at Acacia Ridge.
The successful applicant will have:

Current Open Drivers Licence (MR Class)

Experience in a similar role or experience in driving a truck

Good work ethic, punctuality and reliability
-
Demonstrated ability to show initiative within workplace routines
-
Good interpersonal communication skills
-
Demonstrated knowledge of legislation relating to workplace occupational health and safety
-
RF scanner experience (desirable).
